DELIVERY INFORMATION

All items are hand-made to order.

Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be made before dispatch (delivery time is extra).

Dispatch within 3 working days once ready to ship.

If the item is already made, it can be dispatched within 3 days.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked (takes 2-4 days to deliver)

Royal Mail Special Delivery (takes 1-2 days to deliver)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to delays outside our control.

You’ll receive a shipping email with tracking numbers once your order is dispatched.

    RETURNS POLICY

    We hand-make our items with care and hope you love your purchase. If there’s a problem with your order, please read the information below and contact us — we’re always happy to help.

     

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    As all of our items are made to order, we can only accept returns in the following cases:

    • The item is faulty
    • The item is damaged in transit
    • You received the wrong item

    If something isn’t right, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number
    • Clear photos showing the issue

    We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

     

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    We’re unable to accept returns for:

    • Change of mind
    • Ordering the wrong size or colour
    • Made-to-order or personalised items (unless faulty)
    • Wear and tear or accidental damage after delivery

    EXCHANGES

    We do not offer exchanges. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will send you a replacement once the issue is confirmed.

     

    REFUNDS

    Once your return is approved:

    • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
    • Please allow 3–5 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

     

    RETURN POSTAGE

    • If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return postage
    • If the return is not due to our error, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
